Think You Might Have a Warrant?
The State of New York Warrant Resolution Office provides free assistance to individuals in checking the status of outstanding warrants and determining eligibility to have them vacated. The office can also help schedule prompt court dates, often preventing individuals from being taken into custody. Call their office at 585-371-3200 or email them at 7jdwarrants@nycourts.gov to find out.
