About Us
We believe every day is a new opportunity.
New Day Jobs was created to break down barriers to employment for individuals navigating reentry. We believe a past should not define someone’s future.
We support individuals returning home from incarceration and others impacted by a criminal record by making job opportunities and resources easier to access.
Our platform uses AI to bring together job opportunities from multiple sources, making it easier to find employers who support fair chance hiring. We also provide local resources and practical tools to help job seekers prepare, apply with confidence, and take control of their next steps.
We are committed to removing barriers and expanding access to opportunity, one step, one application, and one new day at a time.
