Qualifications

To be considered, you should meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of customer service experience

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

• Comfortable using computers and Windows-based systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  

Work From Home Requirements

To successfully work remotely, you’ll need:

Internet Requirements:

• Minimum download speed of 15.0 Mbps

• Minimum upload speed of 5.0 Mbps

• Stable connection with no packet loss and ping under 50ms

• No satellite, mobile hotspot, or VPN connections allowed

• Proof of internet speed required
